Vote! Who Was the Best Dressed Celebrity of the Week?

Julianne Hough, Emma Watson, Bella Thorne, Miranda Kerr, Emmy Rossum (Getty, week in which Miranda Kerr hits up Paris is going to be a good one. The glamazon set the bar high in three different meticulously crafted shopping outfits. Your favorite? Her navy skirt and cutout top with strappy brown wedges.

Julianne Hough also wore blue, but in the form of Marc Jacobs' slinky satin gown. Her dark lips and modern Hollywood waves totally blew us away. Emmy Rossum joined in on the classic glamour with her silvery green Jenny Packham column dress. Those emerald tear-drop earrings still have us swooning!

Emma Watson and Bella Thorne both chose short shift dresses for their formal occasions. First, Emma stole the show in her off-the-shoulder J. Mendel number, and just last night Bella wowed in her hot yellow DVF mini.

Who Wore Zara's Plaid Zip Dress Better: Maria Menounos or Olivia Palermo?

(,, FameFlynet Pictures)It looks like we have some Zara fans on our hands! Within a week of each other, both Maria Menounos and Olivia Palermo sported the same checked dress with a hip zipper from the chain retailer.

First, Olivia wore hers to a Carven fashion show in Paris (ooh la la!). She paired the piece with a pair of gray suede over-the-knee boots and carried a teal green envelope clutch. A sweet side-braid gave this an innocent girly touch, despite her fierce footwear. Maria went a simpler route on the set of Extra, wearing only classic black pumps and her go-to voluminous 'do.

The best part of this showdown? You can try your hand at working the look—it's still available at Zara (in every size!) for $119.
